the adoption of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.curling.ca\/blog\/2023\/10\/04\/no-tick-rule-added-in-2023-24\/\">no-tick rule for competitive events<\/a> in 2023-2024, Curling Canada has recently announced that the no-tick rule will also be incorporated into curling&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.curling.ca\/about-curling\/getting-started-in-curling\/rules-of-curling-for-general-play\/\">Rules for General Play<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p><p>The change means that the no-tick rule is now (optionally) a part of the game, unless specific leagues or competitions decline to adopt the rule for their specific events.\u00a0<\/p><p>Note that the rule change does not impact the rules for mixed doubles, nor the rules for Wheelchair curling.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6d0d6dc e-con-full
