In the third draw of Pool “N” of the 2012 Ontario TimBits Provincial Championships the St. Teresa of Avila rink out of Elmira could not, unfortunately, give up the hammer as they struggled with the ice at the Bobby Orr Community Center in Parry Sound and fell 7-1 to St. Michael’s Elementary School of Cambridge.

With alternate Morgan Glofcheskie substituting for Natalie Bean, skip Veronica Bernard and her rink struggled with finding draw weight through the first five ends on the very keen Bobby Orr surface, much improved on this day compared to the near-catastrophic conditions faced by all teams Thursday afternoon.
With the loss St. Teresa falls to 0-2 in pool play with 2 games remaining, at 9:45am and 3:00 pm tomorrow.
